Juice Cleanse Info

Deciding to go on a juice cleanse can be a huge step. But once you put your mind to it, anything is possible! Here are a few things you need to know:  

  1. You must consume at least 64 ounces of juice each day (4-16 ounce servings). If you get hungry or feel weak, blend your serving with half a banana. 
  2. Drink an amount of water that is equivalent to half your body weight every day. Staying hydrated is extremely important especially during the cleanse. 
  3. Remember, the only person standing in the way of finishing your cleanse is YOU. Stay focused, I know you can do this!  


Your juice cleanse will contain fruits and vegetables such as carrot, celery, cucumber, apple, zucchini, spinach, kale, pineapple, etc. Please keep in mind that the juices will be 80 percent vegetable and 20 percent juice to ensure maximum detox.
